It is my opinion that the general human life span is short, from 80 to 120 years. Many “Americans” are inviting even earlier and untimely deaths or worse, diseased lives. This is despite the use of the most “advanced” methods of life saving intervention. So, what’s the problem?, More relevant, what is the answer? Technology is not simply the solution. Surely, a nourishing diet and a proactive healthy lifestyle is related. Wherever the typical American lifestyle exist, there also resides a too high incidence of debilitating disease including prostate cancer.

I call this
a disease of
tradition and
civilization.

Prostate Cancer: Possible symptoms of prostate cancer can include one or more of the following: pain or burning sensation during urination, frequent urination, a decrease in size and force of urine flow, an inability to urinate, blood in the urine, continuing lower back, pelvic or suprapubic discomfort. Be advised: the disease often causes no symptoms until it reaches an advanced stage and/or spreads outside the gland. In addition the symptoms are often caused not by cancer but by an enlarged prostate. At increased risk are African America Men, Those who have a First Degree Relative, Married Men as opposed to unmarried men, Men with Recurring Prostate Infections, those with a History of Venereal Disease and those who have taken testosterone.
